Integrity Providers LLC  provides mental health services to the physically, and intellectually developmentally disabled community. Integrity Providers is a Long Term Community Support program (LTCS).  All Innovation Waiver, Medicaid and  private pay members both (Child/Adult) We intend to empower individuals to utilize their fullest potential in daily performance to prepare for independent living.

Services include Coordination of Day program, 1915i , Respite Residential AFL, an all community  services,.

We provide tools  for the member while uptaining Life Skills, Job Coaching, Social Relations, & Time Management.

Integrity Providers LLC is  a CARF Accreditate providers a nurturing, family environment, to ensure compassionate, progressive, and sustainable assistance towards participants' goal of self-sufficiency.
